Once liegeman to Prince Chivalry, Burrich rules the stables of Buckkeep with a firm and fair hand. Gruff, upright, and secretly gifted with the Wit he nonetheless despises, he is entrusted with young Fitz and raises him with a rigour tempered by tenderness.
